The processing operations related to the web-based services that are made available via this website are carried out at the aforementioned office of the Aim Underwriting Agency S.r.l. by technical staff in charge of said processing, or else by persons tasked with such maintenance activities as may be necessary from time to time. No data resulting from web-based services is either communicated or disseminated. Data subjects has the right to obtain: a) update, or rather adjustment, when necessary, for data integration; b) deletion, anonymous modification or blocking of data processing if breaking the law, including in case when storage is not necessary according to the aim in which data have been collected and after processed; c) relating to the acquaintance of  a) and b) to whom personal data have been communicated and diffused, exceptionally if completion could be not possible or a non-compliance of all rights granted.
